The amount due should be paid monthly. All students are automatically placed in the after school program at 3:15 if they are still on campus. The center closes at 6:00 p.m. There will be an automatic $6.00 per quarter-hour, per-child late fee for children leaving after 6:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REMINDERS:
All multi-student rates are for children in the same family. Regular tuition charges are due on the first and are considered "past-due" on the tenth. A minimum late fee of $5.00 will be charged to all unpaid accounts on the first business day following the tenth day of the month. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed to all past due accounts, subject to the $5.00 minimum. Parents may be asked to withdraw their students from the Academy should accounts reach 45 days late. There is a $25.00 service fee for returned checks. The registration fee (non-refundable) must be paid to assure your child a place in class. You should carefully read the "Statement of Cooperation" with regard to your financial obligations.
