TUITION GUIDE FOR THE 2010-2011

There is a 20% discount for the second child. For three or more students per family, $1000.00 will be added to the two student rate for each additional child. The 11 month plan is the standard payment schedule. There will be a 10% discount applied on the remaining balance if the entire annual tuition is paid before September 1, 2010. Pathway Christian Academy accepts cash, checks, and payment by debit or credit card.

Other Fees: Technology fees of $75 per subject requiring computer based curriculum. There may be additional book or supply fees for various curriculum and specialized services related to specific needs or disciplinary factors. There may also be certain activity fees, uniform fees, graduation fees, book or testing fees associated with non-required sports, special studies, electives or activities.

The AfterCare Center will not operate on days that the academy is closed. The amount due should be paid monthly. All students are automatically placed in the after school program at 3:15 if they are still on campus. The center closes at 6:00 p.m. There will be an automatic $10.00 per quarter-hour, per-child late fee for children leaving after 6:00 p.m.

SPECIAL REMINDERS:

All multi-student rates are for children in the same family. Regular tuition charges are due on the first and are considered "past-due" on the tenth. A minimum late fee of $5.00 will be charged to all unpaid accounts on the first business day following the tenth day of the month. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed to all past due accounts, subject to the $5.00 minimum. Parents may be asked to withdraw their students from the Academy should accounts reach 45 days late. There is a $25.00 service fee for returned checks. The registration fee (non-refundable) must be paid to assure your child a place in class. You should carefully read the "Statement of Cooperation" with regard to your financial obligations.
